This is a fun dining experience. They've put a lot of thought and money into decorations, furniture, and details. The food is good but I wish the menu had a few more options. The drinks are good and I especially like the margarita options. I really like the sauces they bring with the chips. Not to mention the chips are free no matter how many refills you get, unlike loco lizard down the street. There are plenty of tvs throughout the restaurant and the chairs and bar stools are comfortable. That being said, I consider it a great option for watching football. In the summer they have a nice shaded patio with a couple of tvs.

Really cool atmosphere with actual cars and motorcycles hanging above you. Everyone loved what they got! California burrito was bomb and so were the steak tacos and fried chicken!! Will definitely go back!

Glad to have a more casual spot in Park City area. This is kind of a hidden gem. It's a part of the Bill White restaurant chain (Grappas, Wahso, Chimayo, etc) but is much more fun and casual. It's got a biker/muscle car theme and is good for families. We went there last year soon after it opened and I started a review with four stars. We just went back with some friends visiting from Texas and I have to upgrade it to a full five stars. The great thing about this place is that it's reasonably priced, has casual food offerings, and is big and comfortable. No crammed spaces, foo-foo food with three sprigs of dandelion leaves for $34, no tense wait staff. Just great food, cool ambience, and reasonable prices. This is in the Kimball Junction area close to the Fresh Market off of I80.

Highlights: Anything with Pork Cheek (Cachete) Chipotle Guacamole Roasted Tomatillo Guacamole Complimentary chips with red and white salsas The decor I ordered: taco sampler with baja fried fish taco, cachete taco, mushroom taco, and rice and beans. The cachete taco was the best of the bunch, with the mushroom taco taking a respectable 2nd, and the fish taco coming in a close 'not going to get that again'. Great service. May be back to try the burger menu.

Last night we stopped in to grab some great food and of course some refreshing sangrias and had a pretty lame experience. We got seated and got chips quickly but after that we had super slow service. We ordered Sangrias, guacamole and Quesso right away. Then we waited. When it finally came out our chips were getting low. I figured we would get more when the waiter came back to check on us. But he never did. Because of this we also could not order more drinks either. I had to ask when our main order came out. By that time cheese dip was solid and my half a bowl of guacamole was waiting to be finished. I was bummed. I am usually very good at getting a waiters attention. But this waiter was too busy for us I guess. Food was good with the exception of our burger that we were sharing not cut in half and no extra plate. That is never a good thing when you tell waiter you are sharing when you order. A burger cut with a butter knife becomes fork food. Overall we were so disappointed I am not sure if we will be back.

Dude. This place has an 11 foot Kid Rock face on the wall. Food hits the spot after a long day on the slopes. Bawitdaba people!

The food is great but the service is TERRIBLE! We thought the first time was because it was a busy night but we didn't even get drinks until halfway through our meal. Super frustrating. Plan on spending 2 hours at dinner.

This was such a fun restaurant. I love it when I can go somewhere and get an experience- and this place was it. The details were so fun to look for- even in the restrooms with shop towels in the bathroom, screwdriver to latch the door and on and on. The food was really good as well. If you're tired of the same boring restaurant- give this a try. It's close to SLC and feels far away!

Pretty innovative menu with some pretty neat decor I love the bikes & muscle cars, neon lights, waiters dressed as mechanics, chairs from sports cars all around a cool experience The food is decent

The menu has an option to choose from, but let me warn you. NO whips allowed. Leave your calorie counter at home. From the famous "Benji" burger to the fried chicken and Cole slaw you won't leave with an empty belly.

This place is phenomenal! Beer and Shot deal is a must, amazing guac, incredible food. The service was great - Sydney was our server and she was hilarious and knew how to do her job well! She was on the ball and had us laughing the whole time. Fantastic place to have a chill dinner!!!

Awesome food, came here for lunch after a day of outlet shopping. The decor Is way cool with the motorcycle seats and murials of famous singers. Place was dead hopefully it's not like that in the evenings. Loved the chips and salsa and my enchilada was packed with flavor.

Excellent dining establishment in the Jeremy Ranch area. One exit away from the Park City ramp and easily accessible in a timely manner. The place is decorated fabulously. The owners dropped some financing to get a really good vibe about anything with a motor. Everywhere you look from the seating, flooring, to the lighting has a nice twist to tie in with the them of the place. Somehow it doesn't come off as gawdy like some of the Uber-Chain-Theme restuarants. This is good. Free chips and salsa. Yummy. The salsa was flavorful with a little heat but not enough to scare off the gringos. The chips were a little stale and I was hoping for homemade. There is a second sauce that I believe as a ranch and guacamole combo but I wasn't a big fan. Entrees were fantastic! The fish tacos were beautiful and flavorful. Portioned right for lunch so you were full but didn't have to roll out of the place. Our waiter was great and flipped the correct amount of sarcasm to the guy at the table who ordered nachos without most everything on them. Chips, meat, and cheese. Pretty sure I was eating with a 10 year old.

I was told to try the fried chicken by a friend and that sounded strange since it is a Mexican themed menu. But it was awesome! Some of the best I've ever had. And to top it off, the prices were very affordable - especially considering restaurant prices in and near Park City are fairly high.

You would think the 4th of July weekend restaurants would prepare for the crowd. We asked to be seated outside and there were plenty of empty tables but the hostess (rude and condescending) told us the servers inside were having to serve the customers outside as well and we HAD to sit inside. Um, our service was going to be the same whether we sat inside or outside so wouldn't you want to make your guests happy! The food was good, the atmosphere is fun and the Mange Avocado salad is to die for. Our waitress was nice but like I said, our experience may have been 5 stars if we had been able to sit outside. Get rid of the hostess with the nasty ring in her nose and bad attitude and get someone with a little class.

My friends and I skied at Alta and came in hungry. We were not disappointed. The guacomole with mango was really delicious. Our waiter "German" suggested the special: a chicken sandwich with coleslaw. It was spectacular. The portions are huge, especially the burritos. The atmosphere is also very cool. Good draft beer selection and full bar. We will be back. Service was also excellent.

Well thought-out design. The minute you approach the restaurant, you'll be impressed. Streetrod and motorcycle garage atmosphere. Awesome art and machinery. Bill White didn't spare cost. If you're not into cars and bikes, don't worry. The food is awesome. Can't go wrong with the ribs and fish tacos!

Food is average. Service is horrible and has been since the day they opened. Cool place to check out owners private car and motorcycle collection. Not a place to eat.

Billy Blanco Motor car motorcycle Harley bar club is in Jeremy Ranch area. Wait, was Mexican in the name? First surprise was the location, it's in Jeremy Ranch and not in Park City nor even the Kimball Junction so it means it's very close to Salt Lake! Second surprise was the interior, so unlike any place in Utah, it feels more like a neon over the top themed Vegas joint. Which could be a good or bad thing depending on your point of view. Third would be the foooood. So many things on the menu and pretty much all really good. So much food: Ribs - pretty decent but the best part was the mustard sauce, I hope they sell that in a bottle. Nachos - delicious, you should order it. Get the options of one of the meats Cheesesteak - tender flavorful meat, a wonderful mess Burrito - good stuff on the inside but at the end of the day, still a good burrito Tacos - Good but I had better "gourmet" tacos but not a bad option Tots - Dorito dusted, definitely should get Mashed potatoes - pass, while homemade, nothing special so pass Brisket - pretty tasty Desset Ice Cream Sunday - Yum Drinks, as in alcoholic drinks. Park City drinks without the price! Mixed drinks were well made, I'd order another one or two or three. Who's driving? The Park City experience without the prices or the lack of parking. Plus all the gearhead items throughout the place makes this a post race destination for me.

The food was better than expected, the fried chicken was great, the tacos were very good, especially the short rib tacos. We enjoyed the wings and nachos we got for the table. The kids were happy. We were in a hurry to make a movie time and the staff was very attentive and fast in response to our tighter timeline. The decor certainly is memorable, they pay attention to all of the details to make the whole automotive theme work. Check out the napkin holders and the waiter uniforms. I love the design of the chairs, and the kids loved the fancy cars and motorcycles hanging from the ceiling. It only helped the atmosphere that about 50 bikers showed up right about the same time we did, so it brought whole thing together.

After a long day on the road, I needed a pitstop. Conveniently located off of I-80, this tribute to muscle cars, Harleys, and roadhouses offers up fine food at a decent price. I had the fried chicken and mashed potatoes, which were made fresh (not from a box) and with an absolutely wonderful gravy. The bar offered a decent variety of beers and the barman was genial and friendly and attentive. Considering the limited options that one often finds on the big interstates, this hidden gem was a real treat. If you find yourself on that stretch of I-80 and are in need of food, I would highly recommend it.

I sat alone at bar.. Marg was great! Service was very good for park city. I ordered fried chicken.... And it looked amazing but tasted so bland. Really lacked seasoning. Growing up in the south I've learned a few things about good fried chicken. 1. Season the buttermilk! 2. Season the skin and under the skin 3. Fry in cast iron - don't drop it on fryers. Use onion salt. I sent mine back and ordered tacos. They were ok- not great. Servers were super nice about it. Salsa was great. Update to this review and I am changing from 3 to 4 stars. The Chef let me know they had a mistake in the kitchen and asked me back to try again. The chicken was very good and perfectly seasoned on my second visit. I applaud the chef for communicating and being open minded.

A local childhood friend of my husband's recommended this for a nice local atmosphere with good ambiance and food. I am a huge mexican fan so I was more than willing to stop by. We sat in a two person booth reminiscent of our dating days sitting side by side and chowing down. Chips and salsa is a big plus for me, and a small side of queso topped it off nicely. Frankly I filled up on the chips, but did order chicken enchiladas with red sauce. I added the angry arbols sauce that they make here, that kicked it up a level to the spicy-ness I love. No room for dessert, as usual but that's ok by me. A very busy place, with great decorations and graffiti artwork on the walls and detroit memorabilia hanging from the ceiling, including cars and motorcycles. We had a great talk with the manager Mike and definitely plan on a return visit next time we are in town. Highly recommended!

My daughter planned a party here for her 7 yr old and several friends. The staff went over the top to help out and we're super friendly! The food is awesome! I can't recommend it enough! So fun! So nice! Good food! Who could ask for more! Made my day and my granddaughter 's 7th birthday extra special!

Like other reviewers, we agree that the fried chicken is excellent. However it was the only thing we ordered that was worth ordering. This place seems pretty hit and miss. But do get the fried chicken if you end up coming here. I wouldn't make a trip from SLC just to eat here. But if you are in the neighborhood, you might enjoy the car ambience or the fried chicken.

Short rib tacos are great. Everything. Is pretty solid and actually has some spice to it! The decor is a little overwhelming when you walk in but is fun and there are some beautiful bikes and cars to look at while you wait for your food.

We crossed through Utah while riding to Sturgis. Found this place and decided to give it a try since once you leave California, good mexican food is hard to find. We were pretty floored by this place. The decor is amazing. Hot rods and motorcycles mounted all over the restaurant. Also a nice large patio if you like dining outside. Very cool vibe. The food was good too. Like I said, I'm from California so I eat mexican at least twice a week. I have no complaints about this place. All in all we really enjoyed our visit. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in the neighborhood again.

Billy Blanco's is a totally cool restaurant. There are cars and motorcycles hanging from the ceiling and it has the cool car/motorcycle club vibe. The decorating is very creative and it is just a fun place to have a meal. It is one of the few places in Park City that can easily accommodate large groups. It is kid friendly and the little ones will enjoy the ambience. The service is attentive and the waitstaff is very friendly. The theme is a mix of traditional American and Mexican comfort food. All tables are given a bowl of chips with two very good salsas. I usually order the tacos. I am always drawn to the short rib tacos but I find them a bit too spicy for me. Lately, I have been getting the carne asada tacos which still have a kick but not too overwhelming. The also offer tater tots as a side. Since I haven't had them since I left my college dorm, I always order them out of a sense of nostalgia. The bar is huge. There is a good selection of drafts. They have a lot of Classic America Workingman beers on tap (PBR, Bud and I think Miller). They also have a good selection of Utah craft brews such as Moab, Cutthroat and Squatters offerings. The margaritas are very good. Billy Blanco's is a welcome addition to the Park City dining scene. I recommend it without reservation. You will have a fun time without question.

Food was great and the atmosphere was unique. The bartender who served me was fantastic. I had the pork carnitas which were delicious. The sauce that came with the chips had just the right amount of heat. Loved the seats at the bar, you sunk right in. More like a seat for a control room. Only reason for the four stars was how the hostess described why I could not just go in and sit at the bar. Needs a little help here.

Really enjoyed this restaurant!! Food was great! I had the taco sampler. The buffalo chicken was a little chewy but the Carne Asada was INCREDIBLE. It was a little slow but all around an awesome restaurant and ambiance :)

You lost a star Billy! Over $100 with tip for lunch for 3 people?? Ridiculous. During the week days and slow season they have 2 course meals for $10 but weekends is all dinner. Now let me tell you, if the food was worth the price, I would have no problem. But nothing really sticks out. Portions are not huge. Enchiladas and po' boy's are not good. The tater tots, hamburgers, and wings are really good. I have been enough times to know what to order and what not. Chips and the two salsas they bring is the best thing you will eat. $10 bloody mary did have a longer pour and if your doing beer, share a pitcher. Service is hit or miss. Today for lunch, clearly our server was overwhelmed and forgetful. She was really nice tho but charged us for extra sauces and everything. For all the moms and people who can't do the 2 flight of stairs down to the restrooms, there is 1 bathroom by the kitchen but you have to ask. Glad I did because going all the way downstairs with a 9 month old is not fun and then finding out there is no where to change him. So i saw the long wood table and set him between the 2 motors on display. Maybe not motors but some sort of car parts. He found it interesting just as much as I did. Second round I am glad I asked our server who didn't know so she asked a manager. LOL if you don't know honey, lay off the weed. But like i said, everybody is really nice that work there. I wish the food was better. Atmosphere is still the best part of this joint.

Billy's fits a need in this neighborhood of Park City. It's the perfect place to go for lunch or dinner when you don't feel like cooking; when you have guests in town and want them to see the coolest restaurant interior in Utah; and when you want to go out and not spend a small fortune. Bill White, aka Billy Blanco, calls this "motor city Mexican" and here you will find the ubiquitous dishes every Mexican place has, plus a few Americano burgers. I've been here twice, ordering the same dish each time: Steak fajitas. I love fajitas! My disappointment is not with the flavor - this is good, but with the lack of peppers (only green here) and onions (they used mushrooms instead). Also, I while I am sure meat is measured out, it too was lacking - and the few morsels were hidden in the abundance of mushrooms. One of my dining partners had a cheese quesidilla, but was charged for a carne asada quesidilla because "we don't have a plain cheese one on the menu". We brought this to the attention of the waiter who KNEW this might be an issue based upon his actions and words - and resubmitted a bill for the kids quesidilla. Suggestion here: Have some vegetarian options on the menu with vegetarian friendly pricing. Another dining partner raved about the fried chicken and chicken wings. And another about the best margaritas. Dishes, in all, appear huge, as your plate is obscured with a side plate, (beans and rice), and another small plate with sour cream and guacamole. The chips delivered to the table are light and tasty- and perfect to nibble on when waiting for your food. Regarding service - my first trip presented horrid service with forgotten food, empty water glasses, and super slow waiter. Last night was quite the antithesis - therefore excellent. Billy's will do well here - meeting the needs of the very local clientele at affordable prices in an incredible ambiance. Further, having a plethora of flat screens to broadcast sports will keep sports fans coming in for a place to "watch the game".

This place is ridiculous. This place is over the top. This place is excessive. It is Guy Fieri reincarnate. Normally, these characteristics make me shy away from restaurants, but in this case, I couldn't care less. Go into this place knowing that you're going to have an over-the-top experience, and just focus on the food. The food here was so good I forgave the place for handing me three playing cards at the bar and telling me to try and throw them into a bucket to earn a free dessert. Pork cheek carnitas? Get them on everything, including the nachos and the burrito. The ribs are super tasty and the right texture, with an accompanying array of delicious BBQ sauces, including one mustard-based sauce that knocked my socks off. Tacos are great (get the fish tacos grilled), the Philly is wonderful, and the service was great. I came in really wanting to hate this place due to the schtick. But the food told me to shut up and just enjoy the crazy experience for what it is. And I did.

Billy Blanco's has been pretty disappointing. I wanted it to be good since it's in our neighborhood but it just didn't live up to the decorations. We've been a few times (as I said, I wanted to like it) and the food is just alright and the service is hit or miss.

Great ambiance and great food! We r locals so we appreciate the less than Main Street prices. Loved the ribs app, fajitas, and the fish tacos. The "double" margaritas were a nice addition. We had a bit of a wait, but it is Cinco de Mayo so I'm sure any Mexican place is busy. Courteous service nonetheless.

I've eaten here twice now with my family that lives in Park City. Being born and raised in this town seeing a restaurant like this is pretty fun, feels like something from Las Vegas. But I have to say the food is the WORST!!!! Even the rice and beans are bland. Last night I had the short rib tacos. I had to ask the waitress if this was actually the short rib tacos because I thought I accidentally was given the wrong order. Nope it was the short rib. It was so disgusting. The waitress saw that I didn't finish my dish. I wasn't going to say anything. She asked if there was something wrong with it. I said no. She asked if I didn't care for it and I politely said yeah. She was very nice and took it off our bill. I'd go here to just sit at the bar and have drinks.

The "ManToys" are great to look. I love the patio. The food is good and huge portions. Make sure to check out the bathrooms downstairs. Don't go there in a rush because the service tends to be a tad slow. Once again , Bill White has hit a home run with this new place!

The food and atmosphere was great. Awesome decor of motorcycles and muscle cars. I ordered the Chili lime wings and carne Asada tacos and they were amazing. I also tried the mahi tacos and they were great, my boo loved them. My only complaint was the service was slow at first, but once we got our waitress she was great.

Food sucks, its pretty bland for the price your paying. I've been here 3 times now hoping it'll get better, but sadly it doesnt. The service sucks, and I mean it really SUCKS. The first time food was slow to get out, second time server forgot our check for 15 minutes, even after reminding. (Mind you not during a busy time). The last time the server didnt bring us water or menus we just sat there and had to grab some and had to ask a random passer by for waters (this was chris serving this time). The enviroment is awesome. Just not worth it for me, i've been disappointed too many times. I would of LOVED to do some bike nights up here with the bike community, our first experience was with all the SLCMotoGirls but unless I see or hear of some improvement... i wont be planning such a thing here again.

First things first. I would NOT call this place "Mexican" in any sense of the word. If you go here expecting to have an authentic meal of mole poblano and flautas... or something of that ilk... you'll be sorely disappointed. Think of it as Mexican food the way Chili's thinks of Mexican food... except 1,000% tastier, fresher and more imaginative. You can get fajitas, tacos and burritos, but they're very Tex-Mex or Southwestern, rather than Mexican. Plus, they have just as many "gringo" items as they do Mexi-Items on their menu. We had a shredded beef burrito and chicken fajitas at our table and both were very good. I like that you can get tots or mashed potatoes as your side, instead of rice and (black) beans if you choose to. We opted for tots and they were crispy and delicious, but sadly luke-warm. The fajitas are served with either Anaheim or Poblano (I don't remember which) peppers, instead of bell peppers, which is a fantastic idea! They also have Portobello mushrooms in place of white ones, which is another nice touch. The fresh guac is also super yummy. The complimentary chips and salsa were super delicious! They came with a tiny (not enough) cup of salsa and an inexplicably large amount of avocado ranch. Both dips were excellent, but neither packed any heat whatsoever. They do have a bottle of HOT sauce on each table, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. They have good prices on both food and drinks. There is a large liquor and beer selection, so you have no excuse for going thirsty. I've only been to Billy Blanco's once, but I definitely plan on returning... and soon!

What an exciting place! I have eaten at several good to great restaurants lately, but I don't recall being EXCITED about the dining experience the way I was at Billy Blanco's! From a visual and design perspective, it is spectacular. Colorful, custom-painted Harleys adorn the interior. They are lighted in a way that brings out their vibrant colors. The service is flawless. The chips that come with two delicious salsas are fresh and delicious. My dish, the buffalo chicken tacos, was superb. My wife enjoyed the GT500 chicken. This may seem like a strange comment but don't forget to visit the restroom at Billy Blanco's . Even there, the car garage theme is present in interesting creative ways that you have to see to believe. After one visit, this restaurant moves into my top five. I can't wait to go back.

I'm blown away every time I eat here with the consistently BAD service. I had lunch yesterday with a friend and had to track down the manager several times just for her to take our order. She never asked us once if we would like something other than water to drink. Would have loved to have asked for a knife but that would have required tracking her down again. The only time a server came to our table was with the bill. The food was mediocre which I have come to expect here at Billy Blancos.

Eeesh, where to start? Creativity in design....lacking. Food....below average execution and boring flavors. Waitstaff...often fully bearded, way too laid back. This may be a blue collar concept, but that is no excuse for a lowbrow experience. I can't put my finger on it, but I am not a fan. In fact, I will not even ever come back. This place serves lame food and the staff is offensively too comfortable in the bearded grease nut vibe.

My wife and I were referred to this place by David (The Manager at Ghidotti's) after dinner. The next day we took him up on his recommendation. We were greated by our server Grace who was wonderful through our entire lunch. We both ordered the fried chicken, and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was great and unique with motorcycles, and cars on racks above the tables. If you want great service, great food, and an Automotive/ Motorcycle garage atmosphere this is the place for you!

Just back from dinner, 1st time there. Ollie was our server and he did an excellent job. The hot buffalo wings were very tasty and the carrots/celery with Ranch dipping sauce made for a cooling finish. The grilled Mahi fish tacos (3) were fresh tasting, flavorful and filling. The ribs had a ton of meat on them and were very tender. The fried chicken was very bland but the meat was juicy, coating was crisp, pecans and chipotle honey were delicious and once again a ton of meat! Side of tater tots was nothing out of the ordinary but the coleslaw was perfect. Good texture and excellent sauce. Very comfortable environment with friendly, happy personnel. We will be back!

Recently we visited Park City from San Diego, California. We enjoy good Mexican food in SD so were skeptical about finding good Mexican food in Utah. We had the best tacos in this restaurant we have ever had. They are made on sight and are so tender and delicious. The fried chicken is also the best comfort food we have had in a long time. The décor is astounding and the restaurant is kid friendly. One of our top dining experiences in 2014. Don't miss this restaurant!

I was visiting in Utah this past week and my mom was ecstatic to share this restaurant with me. I've been managing restaurants and kitchens for over 7 years so the second I walked in, I was amazed by the atmosphere. You guys have hit it out of the park with the build out. No corners where cut there, that's for sure. If you're in Park City, stop by and at least look at the interior of the restaurant. Our server was Chris. Chris was great, helpful and he was constantly running around the restaurant. He is the only positive aspect I had with this restaurant. I ordered their Benji burger ($17). I asked if they take temperatures for their burgers and Chris said yes. So I asked for my burger medium rare, how a nice burger should be cooked. We got our food and we started to eat. The first thing I noticed were the frozen fries. Okay, whatever they are just fries right? For that price they should take the time though. I took a couple bites of my burger and it was Well Done. There was no effort from the kitchen to make my burger like I requested, medium rare. The patty was a 1/3 of a pound if not less. For 17 bucks, they should be using Fresh meat. If this patty wasn't frozen, I'd be shocked. Not to mention the "short rib" on top. It was poorly made. The blue cheese was good though. That was the best part about the burger. I told Chris about the burger and he handled the situation perfectly. Over cooking food is by far one of my biggest pet peeves for restaurants. He asked if I want a new one or anything like that. I told him it was totally fine and to just let the kitchen manager know. If you're going to offer temperatures, make sure your cooks can do it. This is where it got interesting. The manager came over to our table, a younger blonde woman. I didn't happen to catch her name. She asked how everything was and I had already relayed my message to Chris so I didn't find the need to explain it to someone else. But, she kept prying until I explained the situation. She became very defensive towards us instead of taking the criticism like a good manager should. Her tone quickly shifted from trying diffuse the situation to talking down to us. (Note: I tried to avoid this.) I started to explain to her where I was coming from. They must have spent at least a million dollars on this build out. And it shows. I asked her why they would spend so much money on a build out and then serve mediocre food. She asked if we are from Park City? Umm no, I'm from California. When she said this, I got furious at this point. What does it matter if I'm from Park City? So thanks for talking down to us there. The other comment that she made, which if one of my employees said, I'd fire them on the spot. "Why are you serving mediocre food and charging 17 bucks?!? I'm someone that makes everything from scratch. Mayo, aioli, fries, everything. You guys should be doing that for that price point. " Me "That's not what we are trying to achieve here." Manager In my head "What?!? What the hell are you trying to achieve then? Serving crappy food to the "high class Park Citians"?!?" "$17 for a burger is actually a good deal in park city!" Manager Just a note, there are about 5 other places on Main Street with burgers around 11-14 bucks. Bison burgers included. I was just fed up with her at this point. She walked away. She returned with the check and said "Don't worry, I comped all of your food." What?! Why would you do that. I have plenty of money to pay for my food even if she didn't think we could because we're not from Park City. So Billy, please do something about this manager. She was out of line. From one restauranteur to another.

Great food, great drink menu, and cool atmosphere. Best cheese queso dip I've had in Utah

This place is so neat! Even the bathroom is cool! I love all the art and there has to be millions$ in décor. The atmosphere is so fun. I lived in Michigan and Mexican is not a big thing, so I don't get the connection. But it doesn't matter. Billy Blanco's is rad. With that said, the food is yummy too! They have the best "salsa" that they bring to the table with chips. I asked if they sell jars of it. They don't - but I'd buy it if they did! I had the Mario Burger - a burger with carnitas on top. I also had a Whiskey Sour - with a delicious homemade brandy soaked cherry in it with house made sour mix. SO GOOD. Our waitress was super nice. We got seated pretty fast for a Friday night. I WILL be back to try something else. I hear good things about the guacamole...

Great take on Mexican cuisine. More Mex than Tex! Once u get past the strange liquor laws you can actually sip a beer! Seriously, good, good ambiance if you like sports bars, cars and bikes!

Great atmosphere. My friends, family and I love going to Billy Blancos and it is awesome to finally have a place to eat on this side of town that has GOOD food. There are menu options for everyone and they have a good beer selection. The fried chicken is something you will dream about and all of the cars, motorcycles and gears are a fun touch. Even the bathrooms have a cool vibe. In the summer, you can catch live music from the patio and there are overhead heaters for the chilly UT nights.

We really enjoyed it here, being in Park City for the weekend. Service could have been better (wasn't too bad), and but the food was really good. Cool ambiance, we're glad we went.

We frequent this restaurant quite often because the level of service, and quality of food is always consistent and fabulous! We recently had a fantastic waiter by the name of John, that was very helpful, and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. It definitely adds to the dining experience to have such a great waiter! Thanks John!

The two stars are for the exceptionally cool buildout of this otherwise mediocre restaurant. To begin with there is apparently no salsa available at this Mexican restaurant - what!? Strange Indian- type sauces come with chips to the table and both are really awful. Give the people what they want! We are going out for Mexican food! The menu is sprawling and spastic. My enchiladas were edible but forgettablle, as the tortillas were quite tough, making cutting through the enchilada a chore. Perhaps our expectations were high because we love Windy Ridge and other Bill White restaurants in Park City. We wanted to love this place - suggestion to management: revamp the menu so it's on par with the decor and you'll have a real winner.

Went here on a Monday night and were very pleased. we ordered queso blanco, chicken tacos, roadhouse burger, and 2 fried chicken plates. Our food arrived hot and delicious! Service was alittl even inconsistent- three different servers- but everyone was pleasant. Atmosphere was great, my teenaged sons loved it! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Billy Blah-Ohs. Similar to other reviews, we were excited to check out Mr. White's new restaurant in the neighborhood. Let's see: Service: Poor at best. Our server was lecturing, rude, inattentive, and inconsistent. At least with Grappa et al. you can count on decent to exceptional service from well-trained and professional staff. I wonder if the location makes it hard to acquire and retain quality help. Also, I am all for folks having fun on the job, but perhaps the servers, bartenders, and line cooks who were playing some sort of basketball-type game with beer coasters should have been paying more attention to the.... Food: While at first glance things looked promising, to quote my father who was visiting from out of town "this is what I would expect from Mexican food at the airport in Detroit." Stale chips, bland salsas in plastic cups, tasteless enchiladas, neutral fish tacos, rice and beans that I would swear came out of a can, & OK fried chicken sum up our dining experience. To be fair, margaritas were not too shabby. Atmosphere: Hum, trying hard to emulate Jack Rabbit Slims from Pulp Fiction? Kind of reeks of a mid-life crisis to me. Also, while I get the attempt to be trendy with music, is it really necessary to drone the exact same popping/animating track over and over. I think I would be more excited about the over-the-top decor if the service and food had been great. Oh-well, there was a placard advertising $7 beer/shot combos during football games. So since they are within walking distance....

The decor is quite impressive with how much they put into it. The food is pretty good. But the service is seriously lacking. We saw our attendant once to take our order and once to bring our food. We had to go get them to get more water and soda and our check.

4th time was a charm. The pedal was officially to the metal during our last meal at Billy Blanco's. I actually waited to review until it had been open a while (any restaurant will have growing pains). Service was impeccable this time, and this restaurant should be visited JUST to experience the sensory overload that is the atmosphere. For realzies, it's amazing. Only four stars because while the food is good, it isn't amazeballs.

We have been here several times hoping we just had a bad experience but each time walk away asking ourselves why did we go back. The food is below average and the service just plain sucks. I really hope they can get their act together as this place could be a good addition to Jeramy Ranch. We have since returned twice and have had average to above average meals, 3 stars. Drinks have improved slightly, 3.5 stats overall I would say bill white is trying to get it right here. 10/10/14 We have been back several times expecting a better experience, well it's been better. The food is better since Stan is now the full time chief. The Service is better with the wait staff but I think the hostesses still need alot of help. I will go back and will start recommending this place for what it is, a standard Bill White establishment. With this being said don't expect the best food or service and you won't be disappointed.

I previously went to BB with a work dinner. Loved it so much, I had my hubby take me here for pre-valentines dinner. He loved it. Awesome atmosphere, great service, and delicious food too. Love their chicken enchiladas, guacamole, and quesadillas. We plan to go back to try out more menu options...it all looks great.

The food is so delicious and the atmosphere is fun and different. It's definitely one of my all time favorite restaurants. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is the deserts; they're not bad but not good enough that you really care to finish them. The appetizers and main courses are generous in size and too tasty to leave much room for desert anyway. I recommend the portobello tacos with a little splash of the hot sauce- so so yummy!

The best fish tacos in the world. That's right. So glad they finally opened a place right near my condo that has great food. The servers could be a bit better, but it was really busy so I'm not holding that against them this time.

I have been to Billy's 7 times now and I just checked into Yelp to see how it was doing. Many of these reviews are not reflective of the experience I had. Service: It was rough to start, but its getting much much better. They needed training but now seem to be hitting their stride. I have gotten to know a few of the bartenders and wait staff and they want to do a great job. Decor: For those who wrote "whatever this decor is." Its a motor city grill. As in Detroit. I think its awesome but definitely over the top. Most unique decor in PC. Food: The beef ribs are awesome with their homemade sauce. I havent found anything on the "gringo" side of the menu that I am in love with, but no need...they have tacos. The Carnitas tacos have pickled onions on them which make the dish sweet, tangy and delish. Also LOVED the cheese fries. Now that they have taken the training wheels off, give this place a try.

When asked if I would recommend this place, I typically say: It's the closest restaurant to my house, and I prefer not to eat there. The food is average, the decor is campy, and the value poor. My experience started off , well, awkward. Upon entering, the hostess I encountered looked like she wished she could fall off a building rather than seat my party of 3. Her charmless attitude gave me a poor impression right off the bat. What's more, we had to ask for service. Twice. We just about left for O'Shucks. Luckily, our waiter turned it around. His attention to detail was amazing, and he provided quick, friendly service that I greatly appreciated. Kudos! The food, however, didn't WOW me like the service. Their dishes seem to be tailored to a child's taste: bland, eye-popping portions that have been hugely Americanized . The menu screams heart attack, and the poor taste of the dishes hardly justified the cardiac risk. Yes, just about everything has bathed itself in grease. Plus, their guacamole is reminiscent of a lesser Taqueria 27, and I can't help but wonder if they put preservatives in it to keep the avocado so green. If what I describe is your preference, great! It would very well explain why some of you have elected to patronize the same average PC spot 8 gazillion times in the past month. It also explains the apparent range of reviews. This Planet TGITacos style ain't for me.

The service has been stepped up. The management has been improved greatly. I want to love this place because it's the closest bar to my neighborhood. They've added some quality people since my last visit. The place is clean. The food is good. Looking forward to summer to see how they utilize the outside area. Should be good and I think it'll be busy due to NO competition. Keep up the good work.

Food here is amazing, ambiance is out of this world. The servers are the best. I can't say enough about this place. The chips and salsa are one of a kind. OMG never expected to find salsa like this, EVER! The guacamole choices are something I have never seen!! I had the vegi burger and I was full when it arrived, ate the whole thing! If you are any where near this place, make the drive for shits sake!! We will be back even if we only plan on visiting Sandy.

I've been there three times since we live around the corner and have gotten roped in by friends coming in from town. I've had the Carne Asada California Burrito- Meat was dry and there was way too much guac. They use french fires instead of potatoes as well. They need to go to Hectors (formerly Molcaslsa) in SLC to see how a real California Burrito Should be made. The second thing I've had was the grilled chicken sandwich, it was pretty decent but again WAY too much guac and the bun disintegrated. Today I had the fried Chicken and tater tots. It was a huge portion and pretty tasty. Tater tots were hard as a rock and over cooked though. All three times the service has been terrible, it really sucks. You have to literally beg for chips and salsa and waters after waiting forever. They brought chips and salsa literally minutes before the main course. TIP: When you set people send a busser over with waters and chips/salsa immediately like every other mexican places! Empty water glasses, forgotten drink orders, empty condiments in the six pack holder, forever to get the bill and run your card The servers seem to move at snails pace. I was really blown away to have other servers just pass us by while seeing we had empty glasses! "sorry we're not your table". We had eaten at Ghidottis last week and the service was phenomenal, hard to believe they have the same owner. Ya, I'll go probably back since I can walk there but it's going to be a while. The decor is pretty much what makes the place.

Updated --- They're starting to figure things out. Service is better. Food is better. Chile Lime wings/ tacos/ fried chicken are outstanding. End update --- Quite the disappointment. Two of us ate there to the tune of $77, for lunch (we had two drinks each but still). I personally think every Bill White restaurant is over priced and overrated (save Chamayo), but are all decent. When I walked in and saw the menu, I thought this was the one BW was going to nail. Not the case. Food is average and overpriced. The reviews that say "can be made at home" are spot on. The service is not good... if you eat out/ drink in PC you will recognize basically everyone that works there. Think about it. The reason this gets two stars is the drinks were pretty good and the Draft/ Shot combo for $7 is one of the best things going in Utah right now. Finally I don't like it when people over play anything besides food and service but this is a case where the theme/ concept or whatever was just WAY too much. Tex mex/ MExican/ BBQ/ Garage/ Detroit something or other?

This place is odd. Sorta set up like a motor city restaurant in Salt Lake City . So I sat at the bar and struggled to get service. The guy made me feel I was wrong for coming in. Awful service. I hope this isn't the flagship of Salt Lake City.

Confusing dining experience. Nothing about this place says Mexican, " motor city Mexican" is the slogan... I get it... It doesn't work.. I could open a place and paint western themes on the walls like rodeo scenes and horse and buggies and serve Jamaican food and call Jamerican cuisine... Yeah, it wouldn't work!! Service was good, ordered queso dip and it came out in a single bowl, no garnish and I guarantee it wasn't even close to the 160 degrees it was suppose to be, very luke warm but tasted good! I might come back but won't be in a hurry to do so. Patio sitting is very nice on a nice nite

We have eaten at BB's 3 times now, all very good experiences. Being a new restaurant, the menu has been tweaked a few times since opening and the service has been improving. We have had the Nacho's, Fried Chicken, Short Rib sandwich, Short Rib Burger, California Burrito and one of the taco plates. Enjoyed them all. Meals are reasonably priced for Park City, most in the $10 to $12 range. Also we really appreciate BB's supporting the Quarry Village Sunday Concerts, this was missed the last year or two. Great addition to the Pinebrook area.

I went with some friends that had been to Billy's a couple times previously. This was my first time visiting Billy Blanco's and I loved my whole experience! The atmosphere was great, I love all the attention to detail and incorporating the car details into everything, even going over the top in the bathrooms. While waiting to be seating we were hanging out downstairs with the kids and we ended up meeting Bill, he was so friendly and even took the time to really visit with the boys. It made their night! Bill recommended the fried chicken and it didn't disappoint. Portion sizes were great, and we left full! Can't wait to go back. Way to go Billy Blanco's

We learned about Billy Blanco's from one of the guides at the LDS Conference Center, as he heard that we were shortly driving to Park City - Billy Blanco's is about half way, and we stopped around dinner time. What a neat find! Prices are pretty moderate. The restaurant (with some pretty sweet automobiles up on jacks, and a motorcycle as the centerpiece of the bar area) itself is worth the visit just for the curiosity of how they integrated auto shop implements into the dining experience. The napkins are the red "shop towels" that would normally be used to wipe your greasy hands. The silverware can be found in an "oil tin" at each of the tables. The table lights are hung from engine hoists, complete with chain. They started with a big tin of chips, and we ordered the guacamole triple sampler (the House Bacon guacamole was pretty good). Our entrees included the Baja Fish Tacos and the Ensanada Burrito. This was our first trip to Park City, but when we come again next year, this will be our first stop on the way to the mountains. A great place!

Great food! Excellent service! Awesome theme! Billy Blanco's is a new fave! The grilled mahi mahi fish tacos were very tasty. Guac sampler with chips introduced me to some new flavors. And the desserts...unexpectedly varied and delicious; don't expect fried ice cream here! The wait staff were very busy but attentive. A wonderful addition to Park City's restaurant scene!

Completely delicious and cool atmosphere. Had the trio of guacamole, the fried chicken and the ribs...all were stellar. My husband swears he has never had better ribs (gotta try the KC BBQ sauce) and I could eat the mashed potatoes every day. Not to mention a draft beer and shot of Jameson for only 7 bucks. Must eat here if you are in the Park City area.

Came im with a party of 10...6kids 4 adults. Decor really interesting to look at. Surprises around every corner. Definitely kid friendly. Food was fabulous. Guacamole and Queso great starters. Taco sampler and fish tacos were great. Steak and coleslaw was tasty, simple and filling. Will definitely visit again.

I have not been to Billy Blanco's before, had two sets of company in town over the last week and had two meals there. In short, they were both terrific, one last Thursday evening and one this past Sunday evening. My companions were really impressed with it - a wide selection of beverages (the margarita drew raves from my companions), the food was served in a timely basis, was hot and tasted great.. The plentiful chips and two kinds of salsa were a bonus. I had the chicken enchiladas one evening, and the taco sampler the next, both excellent with plenty of food. The decor really fits the theme well, and is throughout the entire restaurant - even the men's rest room had all kinds of fun automotive-related fixtures and wall art. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and I'll definitely be returning soon!

I decided to go check this place out, despite all the bad reviews. It's close to our house and it's always nice to have a good place to go when you're not wanting to go into slc or old town (or cook at home!). We had a pretty good experience all in all. The food was good, service was pretty good, when the server disappeared helping other tables, the manager came over to help us out. I'm sure when it's not so new, the servers will get in the groove and only get better. I had the chicken fajitas and they were delish! Portions are definitely generous, I have enough leftovers for lunch today. My bf had seared mahi tacos, which were also good. The prices were not bad, I am not sure what people are talking about, or what they're comparing it to. We had a huge bowl of guac and chips, fajitas, tacos (3), and an iced tea; the total bill was $32.. pretty much on par with pricing everywhere else. I am excited to have it in our neighborhood as another option for some lunch or din!

This is a fun Detroit themed restaurant with good food and a nice atmosphere. The murals on the wall are amazing and the "car shop" decorations are pretty cool. Every time I have come here the staff has been great. Next time you are in Park City, you should give it a try.

The chili lime wings are the best wings I have had in PC since the late Broken Thumb! Can't beat the beer and shot deal for $7. Seems like they have worked out the initial and expected kinks of a new restaurant, I had a great time!

Great overall experience. It started with flavorful nacho chips and two different salsas. Appetizer ribs by the bone for the three of us were excellent - meaty and well seasoned. Chicken enchiladas with green sauce, although a smallish portion, were fine. Carne asada quesadilla was as good as any with the exception of more bacon than needed. Chicken was sparse and low on seasoning but bread was baked well on Chicken torta sandwich. House margaritas were a bit on the sweet side but I left no prisoners. The theme and decor of this restaurant is really cool. We'll be back...

In the decade plus I have lived in Park City, I have never been to a restaurant with such pathetic "non" service. Putting your name on something does not guarantee success. This disaster in the making may very well destroy the B.W mystique once and forever. The bar has been opened since the 4th and already is a candidate for the reality show - Bar Rescue. The bar staff should all be fired because of terminal incompetence. They just don't know their jobs. We sat for 10 min before being greeted (I know we should have left but I wanted to time it). No one knew the menu either. Waited for 10 min to get drinks as bartender was m.i.a. ... Talking to his friends. When leaving it took 12 min to get bill ... Had to get mgr to take care of it. All my friends have virtually the same story to tell. Wait staff equally clueless. Had gal bring red wine when white was ordered. Heard her ask mgr which dish had the tacos so she could serve. Folks, you can't make this stuff up. The word is already out in Park City ... The place is his "Waterloo". Unless some miracle happens, like a 1000% in service, this place will wither away. People just will not accept the low level of service currently being offered here.

Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the food or service. For one thing, I ordered a frozen margarita. They told me, "no we don't make frozen margaritas." Really? What Mexican restaurant doesn't? I then asked the manager if they could make me one and he said he would check. He never came back! The size of the tacos is way to small as well. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Too bad, I hope they figure it out as I would like them to make it.

Dining at Billy Blanco's is like getting in a beautifully restored vintage Corvette only to discover that there is no engine in it. (I wrote that review last August. Because it's a Bill White restaurant I'm going give him the benefit of the doubt and try it again. I will admit that when I went there before, they were brand new, extremely busy, and I think they were trying to figure things out. I am within walking distance of the place and I would like to feel good about going there. It's a very competitive industry in this market and there are some wicked-good restaurants in the area. We'll see how it goes.)

Meh. Really basic food that can easily be made at home. Had the fish tacos -- got the TINIEST 3 tacos with a side for $12. Would have preferred that the fish wasn't battered. A lot smaller than what you would get at any Mexican restaurant. The chips that come with the meal are tasteless and unsalted -- they should be salted when they come out of the fryer (also good to separate them so they don't form into clumps). The coleslaw with the meal was good. Tried a cup of chicken lime soup -- it was ok but I've had A LOT better. My boyfriend had the pork tacos and had the same complaints as I did. It would be an ok place to go for a drink but the food is really disappointing and boring. Bill White takes over another restaurant and cuts corners with the food. Had he actually visited the area in Detroit with good Mexican food, he would see how far off his restaurant is. And why put Tommy Lee and Kid Rock on the walls when you have such a rich source of Detroit musicians to draw from. Other than that the atmosphere feels upbeat and I like the car theme...something different in the area at least. Great view from the patio. We had good service, everyone was helpful and friendly, the manager came to our table to check on us too. Still, the food is the most important component of a good restaurant and it falls flat. We are a block away and will probably drive somewhere else to eat in the future. Coming in for a beer is a possibility.

Finally, good Tex Mex in Park City! Only open for 4 days and they already have so much right - the chips are light, the salsas are delicious, a great classic margarita and a fun menu to explore. The setting is fantastic with a couple hundred grand worth of cars and motorcycles complementing the neon garage motif. We ordered the guacamole sampler and loved the tomatillo as well as the basic guacamole. The bacon guac was ok, but I would up the jalapeño and decrease the pineapple content. The queso blanco was yum and they make their own version of Doritos to scoop the cheese. We liked both the fish tacos and the carne asada tacos, good efforts for just opening. To quote my wife when asked if she wanted to see the menu online before we left, "I never met a Bill White menu I didn't love". And we love this new venture.

This isn't a burger place. According to Bill White, that was a beta concept and it was dropped well before opening to the public. However, this is a pretty flipping' amazing tacos place. It fills a void. There is nothing like it in PC. The spot is convenient, right off Parley's, the decor reminds me of Vegas, and the food was great (I had the fried chicken. Deelish.) Of course there were kinks, but it was the 2nd day open. I will defiantly be going back.

Love the atmosphere - the place really looks great. It was my first time in... and only got two stars because of the really crappy service. I sat at the bar. I got my food and then waited 5 minutes to get some silverware from another staff member, and even after that it wasn't until I was just about done with my food that the bartender checked in on me. It was half cold by the time I got to dig in. Got the enchiladas which weren't anything special.

We've tried Billy Blanco's several times because it is so close to our house, and as much as we want to recommend it, we just can't. Let's start at the front with the host staff. The hostesses seem to lack training (other than being forced to ask everyone if they'd like to sit at the bar) and they act like they don't want to be here or to help anyone. Like the old silent movie actress, they want to be left alone. The wait staff seems to want to do a good job, but also seems to lack training on timing and service. No matter whether we've been on a weekend or week night, the timing is awful, but worst on Friday or Saturday night. You almost need to trip someone to get noticed and when the waiter or waitress does come by, good luck getting to hear the specials. And chips should just arrive, you shouldn't have to beg for them. Although when they do, expect them to be overly salty and accompanied by relatively unremarkable salsas. The food we've had here has never been bad, although like the salsa it is all pretty unremarkable. The menu and recipes remind me of a restaurant at Disneyland, intended to appeal to the broadest of tastes without pizzazz or imagination. I'm sure someone thought creating burgers with everything in the fridge was a good idea, but isn't that what Friday's, Applebee's and Chili's were invented for? The Pontiac Margarita is good and at least gives the impression that the DABC might not approve of its alcohol content, although I do! +1 for that. Now for the decor . . . Definitely not my style, but certainly in line with the high concept, over-the-top Bill White experience. If that's what you like, great. I just don't prefer 8 foot tall paintings of the head and neck of imposing men with neck tattoos looking down on me as I eat. And one last thing. I'm sure someone thought it was a great idea to provide guests with shop towels as napkins, but I for one am repulsed by the thought of wiping my hands and face with something normally used by mechanics to wipe their greasy, oily hands. Overall, Billy Blanco's provides predictable fare, a limited menu, good drinks, and mediocre (at best) service in a high concept, Detroit/motorcycle themed atmosphere. I'm looking forward to improved service, a new menu, and the elimination of shop towel napkins. 3 stars, only because Yelp won't let me give 2-1/2.

The chicken enchiladas were fantastic. The atmosphere is exciting and none like we have ever seen! Well worth it!

Awesome new restaurant in Park City. Nothing else like it. Great food and fabulously fun atmosphere!!! Love the habanero margarita and the mango guacamole, fresh made tortillas and carnitas. This was the first visit for my husband and daughter and we will be back for sure! Not sure what the others were talking about of poor service; they could not have been more attentive. I can't say enough about the food, but the atmosphere is fun also... GT 500 hanging from the ceiling Ducatis on display... Live music on Sundays...Tool boxes made into a bar. Very innovative Kudos to Bill White; he has done it again!

Kitchen was really slow with getting the food done. Then they brought out appetizer and our entree at same time. My husband had fish tacos and the fish was not very good. I had the burger which was good but nothing special. This isn't a do over for us.

Amazing motor cycle garage theme that is almost a motorcycle museum for awesome bikes. The food is good, but its hard to find simple healthy fare if all you are looking for is big cob or caesar salad or a unaddorned cut of meat. I didn't see many gluten free items on the menu. However, being only the second bar in this area and a great theme should make this a popular place.

Good food, horrible service. Our server had an attitude (he didn't even say thank you or come again when he slapped our check down on our table), our appetizers were served after our entree's and no explanation/apology was given. And it wasn't close to being busy. When I asked about my glass of wine that I ordered 10 minutes before our server said "I'm waiting on him" and pointed to the lone bartender who was sitting at a table, I'm assuming talking with friends.

Had dinner at Billy Blancos a few nights ago with friends. I had read the reviews about the poor service and was a bit concerned. BUT the service was fantastic! AND it was our servers first night on the job! The manager came over to our table to check on us a couple of times, and the bussers were on top of everything. We never had to flag anyone down for anything! The food was really good...not fabulous. The ribs were VERY good. They slow smoke them, and put the sauce on the side. The slaw that was served with them was just ok. Everyone else in the party enjoyed their meals as well. The drinks could use some work. I had the most flavorless mojito I have ever had. Any new restaurant has kinks, and this one is no different, but they are on a fast learning curve so I recommend giving them a try!!!

Billy Blancos is very family friendly and the portions are generous. It is also pretty inexpensive for Park City. The mango/guacamole salad with butter lettuce was fantastic and my husband's short rib sandwich was also great. The kids had quesadilla - nothing special there - but completely workable. They have a few kinks to work out service wise, as the chicken quesadilla we ordered came without chicken and our appetizer guacamole came with our meal. Overall, this was a fun experience with tasty food. I would go back.

This is the best place I have ever been. The service is very personal and above all others I have been to. The food is amazing and the management is top notch. Not to mention a great atmosphere. If u want a great time as well as great food and great service go there we will be going back on a regular basis. We traveled to there from south salt lake and will travel a lot just to eat there. Thanks to all there it is new and awesome and I really enjoyed myself and the GT500 IS AWESOME.

I absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere. I loved how the decor was consistent throughout even down to the restrooms using shop towels and a lug wrench to hold the TP. The motorcycles and muscle cars were awesome, and the hand-painted murals were incredible. My biggest gripe is that there is no place to sit to wait for tables to be ready. There are a bunch of high top tables right as you enter but it seems to be more where you sit when the bar/restaurant is packed and you just want to sit without waiting. We were told 15-20 minute wait but weren't offered to sit anywhere while we waited until after waiting for 15 minutes. We waited an additional 10 minutes before the hostess finally informed us that they couldn't get a table for us (party of 8 plus infant) because they were waiting for one of the tables to finish and offered to split our party into two booths back-to-back. We agreed only because we had already waiting so long and were all hungry. The high chairs they have don't reach high enough to use at these booths so we had to put the 1yr-old in a booster seat with no belt in between the mom and dad on the booth seat. That didn't last very long and was completely uncomfortable for the family so we asked if we could still have the table initially promised us. We had to wait another 10 minutes but we were able to eat our appetizer at least in the meantime. We finally moved to the big table and it was much more accommodating for our party. However, the highchair they gave us had a loose/missing bolt on the back of the chair so the mom had to hold the baby in once again. We mentioned it to the staff so they could dispose of the chair (that's a lawsuit waiting to happen) and they gave us another chair, this one had the belt broken. For a brand-new restaurant I was completely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail on children's safety chairs. Completely unacceptable. I did however appreciate the sincerity and friendliness of the staff, all who accommodated us in moving and making sure we were comfortable, even if it took forever on a slow Sunday night. Onto the food, and really it was only the service and some of the food that makes me give 3 stars or I would have scored much lower. The cheese fries are to die for! So delectable. It's like ordering a plate of nachos with the toppings they put on the fries, only BETTER. The cream sauce all over just sent the dish over the edge. So delicious. Per other reviewers, some of the party members tried the Carnitas Tacos and they were completely impressed by those. One other member ordered the Fish Tacos (also a huge success) and two others ordered the steak quesadillas. Everyone was relatively impressed with the flavor of their food. I, however, was not so lucky. Being half-Colombian, I am used to and love chicken in Adobo, so I tried the Chicken Adobada and I was beyond disappointed. The chicken was incredibly tough (I didn't take more than one bite) and it was barely flavored--the flavors of the cheese and veggies and sauce were more flavorful than the chicken. I took the chicken off the bread and ate the bread with the guac and veggies as my dinner. I will give them another chance at some point down the road, but it's not necessarily a place I will crave to go back to.

It may have had initial opening issues but let's get real. This place is fabulous, has great ambiance has quite an original theme. Bill White has done a a great job with this trendy and casual restaurant. Portions overall are quite generous but I would agree the tacos are the only items that maybe are on the small side. The remaining dishes were quite large in size. Prices I thought were very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and quick to seat us and the server was right there when needed and we never had to wait for any length of time for anything. Bottom line is this place is a home run and I'm personally glad it's close to home.

As soon as you walk in take a moment to absorb your surroundings, this is as good as it gets and from this point on its a down hill slide steeper than most black diamonds. Bill White and Team phoned this one in, lucky for them Yelp won't allow a No Star rating. The food isn't bad but it is mediocre, luckily it's actually priced right for the menu description. Sadly the service isn't much better. Our waiter screwed up our bill along with a few other tables and we constantly had to remind him to bring us a second helping of chips for our Queso and salsa. Valley dwellers escaping the summer heat, and the ski tourist crowd who don't know better will keep this place on life support until it gets better or someone pulls the plug. I wanted to like this place even with the over the top Motor City, Mex, BBQ mix....come on Bill, make up your mind. Maybe sell a bike, car or two and hire a chef and quality staff.

to be fair. it is way too early to know what this will be....but from my experience yesterday the theme is lets wow them visually and hope they don't notice the food. we love all bill whites other places. i do not think vegas will make it in park city though. my 10 year old son thought it was cool at first but seemed done with the concept by the time we left. i think locals will easily be bored by this and i doubt visitors will make the trek so far off main st. we will give it another shot in a couple months.

Very disappointing! All flash and weak on the fundamentals. I've been eating at Bill White restaurants for 15 years.... The is a giant miss. Margaritas served in mason jars so jam packed with ice there's no room for a decent sized drinks. Fajitas served already constructed?? We call those TACOs !!! If I wanted tacos I would have ordered tacos. The serve was really, really awful. We were ignored. The only bright spot was the fried chicken. I don't ever ear fried chicken but my friend gave me a bite.... It was delicious!!!

We waited a few months after the grand opening to try Billy Blanco's. The atmosphere is very casual. The food was fantastic, large portions, and reasonably priced. In fact, my husband was not certain the restaurant could make a profit with such low prices and generous portions. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table (we were a party of 8). But it was no problem. We were pleasantly surprised when the manager sent out free appetizers and offered a free beer as an apology for the wait! We felt this was very generous and a signal that the restaurant is concerned about customer service.

Had the strangest experience here. After we finished eating and we were just talking, a manager came over and told us we would have to leave because our table had been reserved. He said we could move over to the bar, but no offer of anything complimentary. We just left. I have never had that happen at a restaurant. Left me with a bad taste about the place.

Just visited PC for the first time in a few months. Stopped off to see this cool center that I had heard was the new "it" place for retail and ran into Billy Blanco's, Bill White's latest. I was surprised. This is NOT the usual place, but the quality is there in each bite. They will work out the small kinks in the brand new restaurant, and I'll be happy to come back while they do. Finally, some good food in PC that reminds me of the bay area.

Funny the reviews either love or hate it. Not usually a fan of Bill White restaurants for all the fore mentioned reasons ( over hyped over priced and underwhelmed). I must say I was impressed. We sat at the bar, and waited awhile to be acknowledged but once we were the service was excellent. We had the dry rubbed ribs and the chicken fajitas, and you know, they were pretty darn good. Our server even lets us try a sample of the chili-lime wings, we'll be back. I don't know how ya manage a $70 lunch, but we had the dinners and two large drafts for less than $50

Thankfully Pinebrook/Jeremy now has a great place to meet friends, eat good food, and grab a cocktail in a nice relaxed setting. I have graced this place 3 times since it opened 10 days ago. Every time i have been there it was packed. LIke a 20 minute wait packed though we were seated promptly after we grabbed a drink from the bar. Obviously they have gotten slaughtered with traffic since they opened, a testament to how much this place was needed in the area. I am noticing some 1star reviews here. Come on people! The food is great, the drinks are fantastic, and its a very cool place. Give them a chance to catch up! i am sure it will get smoother as time goes on. The deck is awesome. One night there was even live music right off the deck. I have tried the burger (solid), pork tacos (melt in your mouth), guac sampler (fresh and chunky and bacon option!), fried chicken (divine), and a few others. i enjoyed everything. the salsa and sauces are very enjoyable. This place trumps most in the area in food quality and its priced affordability. The cocktails are fresh and its easy to get a top-shelf drink here. i have tried 3 of the margs and they were all quality and left me wanting to order another. The beer selection is diverse and well selected. Additionally, the aesthetics of the interior are very cool, a great place to impress kids. i am giving this place 5 stars not only because the food and drinks are fantastic but because they have done a solid job handling an unexpected onslaught of customers and they have set up shop in a place that needed it! Try it, you wont be disappointed!

We ate here last night for the first time. The atmosphere and decor is awesome. It's car/motorcycle/shop themed (race car seats, oil rags for napkins,etc...) They mainly serve Mexican food which has somewhat been Americanized. My husband and I shared the shrimp fajitas. They were amazing. I'm not sure I've ever had fajitas with portobello mushrooms before, but they were so good. We also had some guacamole (not sure which one). It had bacon mixed in and was really great. Their complementary chips and salsa were excellent. After filling up on chips and salsa and guacamole, I would definitely say the portions of the meals are big enough to share, if you're into that kind of thing. My only complaint was the service was slow. It was Labor Day, and they must have been understaffed. My parents said it usually isn't this slow. Will definitely be going back.

So we (a group of 12-14) visited back in April & they would have earned 4-5 stars but I didn't post a review then. The food & service was amazing. THEN. Thats why we decided to come back. What a freaking mistake. So last weekend our car club went on a drive. 12 cars & 23 people. About halfway through our rally I called & let them know we had a LARGE group coming & we'd like a reservation. I was politely told they don't make reservations. OK. So I said even for 23 people? They said no, no reservations. I said ok, just be warned that 23 of us would be arriving around 7pm. When we arrived (exactly when I warned them we'd get there) we were put on the list & told it would be a short wait. 10-15 minutes. Not bad at all. HOWEVER they didn't EVER say we'd be split into 4 tables! Not even as they walked us to the tables. We wanted to eat as a group but no. The seating made having a conversation & a good time nearly impossible. ALL 4 tables were assigned the SAME waitress. Umm she was less than helpful & honestly a crappy server. No attention to detail. Rude. Serving other tables seated WAY after us first. One table (of 4) was allowed to order 1st. Then a table of 2, Then a table of 8. Then a table of 9. I've worked in the restaurant industry A LOT. Staggering orders is one thing but the waitress didn't even take drink orders to start for everyone. Just one table at a time along with their food orders. Spaced out over 45 minutes! She didn't ever offer to take appetizer orders. Then the food. From the 1st plate that was delivered to the last plate delivered there was 1hr & 10 minutes between the 2. OVER AN HOUR. In the same group of 23 people. Oh & wait for it. That last table of 9...8 people had their food delivered & then 1 person waited another 10 minutes for their entree. That entree only appeared AFTER the customer very politely mentioned it to the server. What did the server do before bringing that last dish? She printed everyones tickets!!! No refills on drinks. No dessert. And still someone in the party without their food. How was the food? Decent. Some cold, some hot, some warm. Some with the same entree order presented totally different. Our club typically spends $20-$60+ per person at our dinners because of the bar tab, appetizers, desserts, etc. My husband & I barely spent $30 total. This waitress took probably a $1000 tab (if all combined) & potentially cut it in HALF. I hope she enjoyed the 1/2 tip that she received because of that too. Unless the Bill White Company decides to do something to make this right not only will our club not be back but they've lost 12+ full families worth of business as well. We are ALL locals. I'd honestly give them 0 Stars for this visit if I could.

I am dithering between 3 "a-ok" and 4 here. Let's call it 3.5 We had the short rib sandwich which spouse deemed quite acceptable and the three taco sampler. It is possible that, given the amount of food (enormous serving of coleslaw) I just got tired and this made the food seem a bit tired also. We are not car or motorcycle buffs so the obviously lovingly curated motifs didn't register much with us. We will say that whatever vehicle the seats come from is definitely at the other end of transport comfort from airline coach seats. Seriously, chairs are important for any meal which takes more than 15 minutes to eat and there are places we avoid because of uncomfortable seating. . These are the best restaurant chairs in the metro area! Deck is very pleasant and far enough back from Interstate that noise not a problem. Service fine.

Atmosphere; awesome! Beautiful sports cars & motorcycles decorate the restaurant which are accompanied by similarly themed chairs and decor. Service; none of the staff was particularly friendly, but seemed to do their jobs well. Our party of 8 was sat immediately without a reservation and the food came out very quickly. Food; the chips that are served were mediocre and seemed to be a bit on the stale side, but the green cilantro dip that was served with the chips was delicious. Our table must have gone through 8 ramekins. The homemade traditional guacamole was good, the wings were good, the shredded beef burrito was good and the fish tacos were good. The homemade corn tortillas were a little below average. The real winner was the avocado and mango salad with chili lime shrimp.

Billy's has a fun atmosphere and friendly staff. I've come here a few times with clients and have always been well taken care of. I really like the chicken lime soup. I've ordered it every time I go because it so good. For my recent visit I ordered the Mango Avocado Salad. It was ok, but seemed to lack some flavor. Even the dressing didn't add much of a punch. I've tried the specialty guacamole and would recommend that as a supplement to the chips and salsa for sure.

Billy Blanco's -- Bill White's. There's truth in advertising. I've found Bill's places to be a mixed bag with more mediocre than good, but I came in with an open mind. If Billy's is as good when there is a crowd as it is on a tuesday afternoon in the summer, I'm very impressed. On this day, the weather was perfect, the deck inviting, and the company superb. The margaritas were well crafted and reasonably priced for the quality. The chips are first rate. The food was all excellent, and more than we could eat. I can't help but imagine that those who complain about portions just spend too much time at Beto's, Costa Vida and similar where it's all about bulk for the buck. And lots of sugar. I was glad to see Billy's taking it easy on the sugar. The exception was in the slaw, where the sweet was perfectly balanced with the vinegar. My son got the short rib sandwich. I got a taste and was jealous. Even the excellent pickles were done in house. The fish tacos with some of the well balanced habanero hot sauce were excellent. The slaw could have used a little less of the sauce, but it was one of the best I've ever had. I could complain about the final tab on my "lunch" for four, but once I remove the 8 margaritas and the beer, everything comes back into focus and this is killer good food for prices that are eminently fair, and even less than I expected for similar quality in Salt Lake City, let alone PC. For our meal on this day, there was 100% agreement among the four of us that everything was perfect. This joins Chimayo at the top of Bill's places to eat.

Damn it! I wanted to like this place more but the food was a little underwhelming for the price. I ordered the fried chicken and it was undercooked and seemed like it was cooked in old oil. I really wanted it to be good, it just wasn't that good. Saving grace!! This place is a cool concept so I will go back but probably won't get dinner. Apps and drinks, yes. They have outdoor music on Sunday too.

If you want somewhere with an awesome theme and tons of decorations to look at, this is definitely a place to try! The whole place is car themed, from the shop towels they use in the bathroom, to the hose clamps on the dinner napkins. They serve beers in mason jars and the servers wear mechanic shirts. This was a fun place to visit, they did an amazing job with the decor. The service was great! Zak was awesome and very attentive. I had the taco salad. The dressing was amazing and it was good but I probably wouldn't order it again. The chips and salsa were pretty good too. I recommend going here just to view a restaurant with a very well-executed theme.

Terrible service . Not server's fault, she appeared to be ONLY server in the place. She worked extra hard but it took forever. Hey management, a little better planning for a holiday weekend might be in order. Food was 3 star, server 5 star for working so hard but a 2 star experience overall. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Love the atmosphere in here. Very different. Biker/car racing motif. Large bar with TV's and comfy chairs. I had their carne Asada tacos...the steak was great. Not bland like a lot I've had. Best steak I've had in a while, actually. The chips and salsa were ok...not my fave, but still decent. This place is up behind other buildings, so it's off the beaten path, which I like. Kids would like the cars suspended above the seating. Will try to be back for more!

This place is completely UNDER-rated! I love LoVe LOVE it! The atmosphere is fun, light, cool... The food is absolutely delicious!!! OMG the ribs! AWESOME ribs! I'm an automotive nut and couldn't pass up a visit to Billy Blanco's on my recent ski week vacation to Park City. The atmosphere and interior is a gear-heads paradise! The menu is huge with many creative and unique offerings. The food theme is Mexican and traditional American mixed together. The drink menu is also large with many unique brews and creations. Our food was terrific, the drinks were terrific, our service was terrific, and we left completely stuffed! (4 kids and 2 adults) We were not disappointed with anything we ordered. We only had one minor issue...my young kids can't yet handle spicy food; Note that a lot of the food is spicy for children. We ordered 2-3 items which claimed to not be spicy. All of these ended up being too spicy for youngsters, although totally awesome for me and my wife. (They ended up making chicken and cheese quesadillas for my kids), thank you! Did I mention the ribs?! You can order them one at a time, they fall off the bone, have terrific seasoning, and no sauce is needed! (although available) Coming from Southern California I get very bored with Mexican food but Blanco's has done a great job creating unique Mexican creations, as well as their awesome American offerings. Not only is it a fun place to eat and drink with any size group, but the food is terrific and creative! I wish I had a Billy Blanco's at home!

Surprisingly good considering the over-the-top decor. It's like Hard Rock Cafe, meets Mexican good, meets Mel's Diner.,. Long wait, very average service, but good food for the money. Ribs were yummy, and crane asaf a fajitas were excellent. Homemade guac helped make the meal.

We visited Billy Blanco's on February 8th after hearing about the food and ambiance. The interior of Billy Blanco's is just down right neat. Various cars raised in the air, neon lights, and cleaning cloths as napkins. Simply genius. We started with their famous margaritas which were absolutely to die for. We opted for their chrome margaritas which comes with their top shelf tequila served in mason jars. As for the food, our table top of 7 went for their taco salads, enchiladas, burritos, but I decided on the 'gringo' option and decided to get the short rib sandwich with wagyu beef. Overall, all of us were very impressed with the food. Great flavor, big portions, wonderful plating for a cheap price. Now, here's the let down - service needs A LOT of help. From the time we sat down to when we departed the experience lasted well over an hour and a half. German, who was our waiter was very inattentive. We waited close to 20 minutes for our cocktails, and another 30 minutes for our food. We literally had to grab German to place our orders. In his defense, he was the only waiter for half of the restaraunt all while dealing with large groups. Because of this, we felt we were essentially ignored and therefore the talking point was more about the poor service rather than the delicious food. Overall, Billy Blancos has a great ambience, delicious food, and could have great service if they staffed better.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
